General Rules.

​​We provide you with a free lifetime warranty service.

The cables, accessories and gifts in the products are not covered by the warranty.
Damage to the product due to incorrect power supply, or due to modifications to the circuit or components, or purchases from unauthorized dealers will not be eligible for a free lifetime warranty service.
1. SONCOZ® provides you with a return service and bare the shipping cost, if the product is defective due to non-human factors within 7 days from the date of purchase;
2. SONCOZ® provides you with a free replacement and bare the shipping cost, if the product is defective due to non-human factors within 30 days from the date of purchase;
3. SONCOZ® provides you with a free-repair service and bear the shipping cost within 1 year from the date of purchase;
4. SONCOZ® will continue to provide you with a free-repair service after purchasing for more than one year, customers only need to bear the cost of parts and the shipping costs;
5. SONCOZ® reserves the rights to interpret the above warranty.

Return and exchange terms.

1. Meet the return and exchange conditions;
2. Contact SONCOZ® or authorized dealer;
3. Confirm the goods to be returned or exchanged;
4. Shipping the products to us and keep the delivery voucher until goods receipted;
5. Refund or replacement will be completed within 3 working days after receiving the goods.

Return and exchange service notice.

1. When returning the product, please package the product with its original box properly. The labels, manuals, warranty cards and other accessories are complete. If the goods contain gifts, the gifts should be returned together with the product;
2. We suggest the customers in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan give priority to SF Express when returning. Customers outside of the mentioned regions above, please pay the shipping fee in advance, we will refund the shipping fee along with the purchase payment;
3. The refund is generally within 3 working day after we receive the product, and will be postponed in case of legal holidays.

Maintenance and repair service notice.

1. Meet the free warranty service conditions;
2. Contact SONCOZ® or authorized dealer;
3. Confirm the product need to return to factory;
4. Fill in the free maintenance service application form;
5. Shipping the product to us and keep the delivery voucher until goods receipted;
6. Receive product within 3 working to complete the repair and return to customer.

​​​Warranty service notice.

When you need to return the product for repair or inspection, in order to avoid damage during transportation, please use the original packaging. Customer is responsible for product damage caused by unreliable packaging or logistics. Please include the following items in the package:
1. Product;
2. Proof of purchase;
3. Attach a paper with failure description, your name, phone number and shipping address;
4. The repair time is generally within 3 working days after we have received the product. It will be postponed if it is legal holidays during the repair. We will contact with you if there are special failure situations.
